Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated English Teaching Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans under the guidance of lead teachers.
• Provide support in classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Assist with the organization of cultural and educational events to promote community engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop creative teaching materials and resources.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and levels.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
