Spanish Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Milan

Our established language school located in the cosmopolitan city of Milan, Italy, is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Spanish Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. We specialize in providing high-quality language education with a range of languages taught by experienced and dedicated educators.

Tasks and Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of Spanish lessons to a diverse student population.
- Collaborating with the lead teacher in monitoring the students' progress and providing feedback.
- Organizing and participating in school events, field trips and extracurricular activities.
- Maintaining a stimulating learning environment in the classroom that is conducive to students' growth.
- Assisting in administrative tasks and classroom management when needed.

Job Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish or a related field.
- Previous experience in education, particularly as a teaching assistant.
- Fluent Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in Italian would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Spanish culture, history and current affairs.
- Ability to relocate to Milan and adapt within an international and multicultural environment.
