Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education / Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education. The successful candidate will assist in classroom management, provide individualized support to students, facilitate small group activities, and contribute to the overall positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Support students in their learning activities, ensuring they understand the tasks and materials provided.
• Supervise students during breaks and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Help assess and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers.
• Organize resources and assist in classroom management.
• Communicate effectively with parents as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
