Job Description

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in enhancing students' learning experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in lesson planning and preparation, ensuring materials are ready for effective delivery.
• Supporting classroom management during lessons to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students needing extra help, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Facilitating engaging educational activities and assisting with the implementation of special projects.
• Monitoring student progress and behavior, helping to establish individual learning goals.
• Communicating effectively with teachers and parents regarding student performance and progress.
• Participating in professional development activities and contributing to a collaborative teaching environment.

Job Requirements

• Relevant degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various teaching styles and student needs.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
