Job Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in instructing and facilitating student learning.
- Develop engaging and interactive materials to support lesson plans.
- Provide students with additional support during extracurricular study sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers for planning, evaluation, and revision of curriculum.
- Track and report student progress and participation.
- Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and instructor training workshops.

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic Italian language skills are preferable but not necessary.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
