Job Description and Tasks:

The chosen intern will take part in an immersive internship program, teaching you how to manage every aspect of a world-class kitchen. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting sous chefs and line cooks with meal prep.
• Preparing ingredients for the dish-making process.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Setting up food presentation under supervision.
• Observing kitchen supplies and reporting shortages.
• Receiving practical training on important kitchen techniques.
• Adhering to hygiene regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

Applicants for the position must meet the following criteria:

• Culinary studies or related fields (Current students are welcome).
• Strong interest in Italian cuisine and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
