Internship Opportunity: Kitchen/Cook Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations, including preparation and presentation of meals.
- Support the team in cooking, plating, and serving dishes to ensure quality and timing.
- Participate in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and baking.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage.
- Learn to use kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development, contributing creative ideas.
- Engage in food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn and openness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
