Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated English Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate language learning in our classrooms, assist our lead teachers with lesson planning and implementation, and enhance our students' understanding of English through meaningful instruction and interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering well-structured English lessons with clear objectives.
• Support students during activities, ensuring they remain on-task and that their understanding and use of English is continually improving.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, highlighting, and rectifying any errors in pronunciation or grammar.
• Contribute to the creation of teaching resources and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Education or English. A TEFL/TESOL certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially in a second-language learning context.
• Passionate about language education and committed to student success.
