Our collaborator has been crafting jewelry, clothing, and accessories since 2005, embracing a unique approach that blends eco-consciousness with artisanal craftsmanship at every stage of production. Their work reflects the essence of Hellenic culture and lifestyle, merging elements of the past to shape a more humane and sustainable future.

As an international fashion house based in London with an atelier in Athens, they specialize in designing, manufacturing, distributing, and retailing fine, demi-fine, and fashion jewelry, along with clothing, accessories, and lifestyle home interiors. They operate four retail stores across Greece in Naousa, Paros; Antiparos; and Costa Navarino, while maintaining a presence in over 500 locations globally through their retailer network.

They are currently seeking seasonal retail store associates for their stores in Paros, Antiparos, and Costa Navarino, for the period from April 15th to October 15th.

Tareas

• Provide excellent customer service which includes greeting customers, answering their questions and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales goals
• Operate cash registers, process point of sale purchases and balance drawers
• Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs
• Learn about new products, services and company policies regularly
• Keep the sales floor clean and visually appealing
• Handle merchandise returns and refunds
• Cross-sell products to increase revenue

Requisitos

• Background: Experience in luxury hospitality or retail, with at least 3 years in retail management at a comparable fashion brand in Europe.
• Skills: Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Personality: Energetic, professional, proactive, and adaptable.
• Flexibility: Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events.
