Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations across various departments including front office, food and beverage, and event management.
• Support guest relations by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and special offers through social media and other channels.
• Participate in the organization of guest activities and events, ensuring a seamless execution.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain optimal service levels.
• Gather feedback from guests to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report generation.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish or other languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
