Job Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you will collaborate closely with our experienced Customer Service team. Your tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries, both telephonically and via email
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Contributing to team efforts to achieve overall company goals.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with a major in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and customer service software
