Responsibilities:

As an intern, you'll be immersed in our operations, helping us to maintain the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with process, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing techniques
• Helping to design and implement workflow improvements and systems
• Collaborating on special engineering projects
• Accompanying senior engineers in everyday tasks

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or has recently graduated from a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are detail-oriented and have a hands-on attitude. Proficiency in concrete and abstract problem-solving methodologies and CAD software is preferential.

Soft Skills:

The candidate should display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be proactive in taking initiatives and have good organizational qualities. Teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing situations are paramount, given the dynamism of our working environment.
