Internship in Wellness and Spa Management

The Role

Your primary role will be to assist in everyday spa management tasks. These tasks include:

• Assisting in the management of the reception area, dealing with bookings and customer inquiries.
• Helping with promotion of spa programs and services.
• Ensuring customers are provided with the best care and kept comfortable.
• Making an inventory of spa supplies and ensuring they are well stocked and ordered in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Applicants should ideally possess or be pursuing a degree in business admin or a related area. Prior knowledge or experience in the wellness industry is an added advantage but not necessary. However, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in English is a must.
