We are a well-known and reputable arts organization based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Internship Position: Arts Management Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various artistic events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in the arts sector and assist in developing new project ideas.
  • Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and managing social media platforms.
  • Engage with artists and community partners to facilitate collaboration and participation.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing projects, including budget tracking and analysis.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and contribute creative input on current initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Personal Requirements

  • Passion for the arts and a strong understanding of the cultural landscape in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Bosnian is an advantage.
