Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department including data management, employee onboarding, and offboarding tasks.
• Helping in the coordination of HR projects such as team-building activities and wellness initiatives.
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact details and employment records.
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborating with HR team to post job ads on careers pages and tracking applicants.
