Internship Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer support and handle inquiries via phone or email
• Record and follow up on customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure company-wide customer satisfaction
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in specialized projects and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of CRM systems or related software is beneficial
