They are looking for an international sales and marketing manager for their graduate scheme who will be responsible for the Spanish and South American markets.


  • Manage a number of key accounts in Spain and South America as well as develop pre-established leads. You will be given the skills and coaching to communicate, negotiate and present to senior personnel at large multi-national corporations.
  • The candidate will represent a well established and growing manufacturing business in the defence and aerospace sector specialising in the supply of complex, low volume components. Products vary from project to project ensuring variety in daily tasks.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify and report on new opportunities and trends.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive and innovative approaches.
  • Continuously updating product knowledge and industry trends to stay ahead of the


  • A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Other language skills such as Portuguese, Basque or Italian are a plus but not essential. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.


  • Full technical and commercial training as part of the graduate scheme will be provided
