Currently, they are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Profile.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant profile with:

• Availability 40 hours a week from 8.30 am to 5 pm
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Previous experience in related positions would be a plus;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Empathy and teamwork spirit
• Motivation and interest in energy transition and sustainability

Your main tasks will be:

• To search for suitable candidates for each requested profile;
• To monitor applications and the selection processes;
• Preparing proposals and negotiating rates related to the position;
• Follow up the processes concern to employees and customers;
• Monitoring trends in the labor market and their implementation in the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €2,500.00 - €2,750.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noord-Brabant: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)

Languages:

• Dutch and English at Fluent level (Preferred)

Work Location: One location - Noord-Brabant (The Netherlands)
