Job Description

Our collaborator is an English academy accredited by English UK, Chamber of Commerce of Liverpool and Madrid, Certiuni, IALC Partner Agency, Confianza Online, Infoidiomas, Capman, British Council Aptis ESOL Network, ICEF Agency, Quality English, ACADE, ACEDIM, FECEI, Asociación of Bilingual Education.

They offer English courses and are also committed to youth employment, collaborating with NGOs. Composed of an international team of young professionals, their mission is to help people worldwide reach their goals through English courses, study abroad programs, and more. This opportunity allows you to make a difference while building your career in a fun and collaborative environment. 

Tasks

  • Video editing in capcut.
  • Video recording.
  • Design of materials for instagram in canva.
  • Sending newsletters with active campaign.
  • Whatsapp marketing campaigns.
  • Customer service in Spanish and Italian to inform clients about their online English training program.
  • Web edition with wordpress.
  • Database management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales completed (no undergraduate students).
  • Native Italian with fluency in Spanish and basic English skills.
  • Office tools proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office/customer service work.
  • Design skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Passion for social networks and technology.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive and sales oriented person.
  • Part-time Master's students accepted. 

Conditions

  • Internship contract + incorporation to staff.
  • Training provided by the company in the latest trends in digital marketing, social networks and online launches.
  • Minimum wage + bonus by objectives.
  • Join a startup with 10 growing employees.
  • Work with the Italian and Spanish market.

 

Availability:

  • Start date: as soon as possible.
  • 6 month internship (in the summer you can enjoy one week vacation in August).
  • 30 hours/ week.

Location:
