About the Role

We are offering a position for an enthusiastic Intern who aspires to gain comprehensive industry experience and develop their professional skills in the world of hospitality and tourism. The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in the following areas:

- with hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning
- Participating in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Supporting in managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Learning and understanding the components of the travel and tourism sector, including local tourist attractions, travel - arrangements, and customer service protocols

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a related field such as Hospitality, Tourism Management, or Business Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software
- Must be a team-player, but also able to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
