We are looking for a motivated and talented individual with experience in Automotion to join our team in Newcastle, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

The Automotion Intern will assist in various projects involving research, development, testing, and implementation of Automotion technologies. This includes but is not limited to robotics, autonomous vehicles, AI, and other emerging technologies.The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and test Automotion systems. He/she will also provide technical expertise and advice on equipment selection and system design. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of engineering principles, equations, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of Automotion systems and technologies
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and researchers to design and develop Automotion systems
• Assist in the construction, testing, and debugging of Automotion systems
• Provide technical expertise and advice on system design and equipment selection
• Assist in the development of safety protocols for Automotion systems
• Research and analyze emerging Automotion technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Experience in Automotion technologies such as robotics, autonomous vehicles, and AI
• Understanding of engineering principles, equations, and calculations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD and other engineering software
