Job Description

The Arts Administration Intern will report to and work closely with the Director of Programming. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various art events and exhibitions
  • Conducting art market research
  • Supporting artist and customer liaisons
  • Helping to manage the organization's social media platforms
  • Assisting in the development of funding proposals and grant applications
  • Contributing to the production of marketing and promotional materials

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should be currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts Administration, Art History, Event Management, or related fields. Knowledge of contemporary arts scene and strong writing skills are ideal. Understanding of social media platforms and above-average computer literacy is necessary.

Personal Requirements

The successful intern will have a genuine passion for the arts, be proactive, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be capable of working independently and as part of a larger team.
