Job Description
As a Reception/Reservations Intern, you will play a vital role in our front-line operations, addressing and managing the various needs and expectations of our clients:
-Handling guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently.
-Maintaining accurate and updated information on room availability.
-Dealing with room bookings by phone, e-mail, or face-to-face.
-Managing and updating reservations system with an attention to detail.
-Listening to and resolving guest complaints in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and the company.
-Interacting with guests, providing them with information regarding facilities and services, and assisting them in every way possible to ensure their stay is enjoyable.
Requirements
Candidates must:
-be pursuing a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
-have excellent command of English, both oral and written.
-possess basic computer skills, especially in MS Office and reservations software.
