Position: Management Intern – Cardiff, UK

Job Description

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and diligent Management Intern to join our Cardiff team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn, grow and contribute in a thriving global company. The intern will work closely with the management team in delivering high quality work that aligns with our company’s strategic direction. Tasks will include but are not limited to: supporting various departments in project management, conducting research on potential market trends, and assisting in the creation of strategy proposals.

Task Overview

  • Provide support to seniors in daily administrative tasks.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Ideal candidates must be enrolled in a University degree related to Business Management or equivalent. Excellent skills in MS Office along with stellar communication skills are a must. The candidate should have exceptional time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines. Being a self-starter, positive attitude, and passion for continuous learning are key.
