Tasks and Responsibilities

The intern will be directly involved in all aspects of practice management. This includes: - Assisting with patient scheduling- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality- Assisting in the administration of dental procedures- Ensuring the maintenance of practice cleanliness and compliance with safety rules- Checking stock levels and placing orders when required- Assisting with processing patient billings and payments.- Liaising between patients and dental professionals.

Qualifications and Personal Traits

The successful candidate should be: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to healthcare management- An excellent communicator with proficient in English language skills- A proactive self-starter with exceptional organization skills- Able to multitask and prioritize- Competent at using computer systems- Able to demonstrate empathy and resilience

It should be noted that the internship requires a full-time commitment for a minimum of three months.
