Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to a breadth of tasks involving various aspects of HR operations. This hands-on experience will include:

• Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
• Engaging in the employee performance management process.
• Participating in employee relations, including grievance procedures and disciplinary proceedings.
• Helping to develop organisational policies and procedures.
• Supporting HR consultants in administering employee benefits programs.
• Facilitating training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Current enrolment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an impeccable level of integrity.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• A keen desire to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
