Job Description
The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for supporting the daily tasks of our Customer Service Department. The internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the customer service business processes in a multinational corporate environment. Key tasks include:
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service operations.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Participate in the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies.
Job Requirements
We are seeking an individual currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Other requirements include:
- Exemplary problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong MS Office skills are imperative, particularly in Excel.
