Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience and learning in both Hospitality and Tourism sectors. Your tasks will generally include, but not limited to:

- Customer service management
- Interacting and assisting global clients
- Supporting the organizational team during events planning and execution
- Maintaining and updating guest data in our CRM system
- Conducting market research and preparing data reports
- Learning and implementing various strategies for hotel operations and management
- Participating in the creation and implementation of innovative tourism packages

Job Requirements

We are interested in candidates who are studying or have completed studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field. Consideration will be given to those candidates who:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Are detailed-oriented and organized
- Have excellent command over English language, Dutch and additional languages will be a plus
- Are able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Are eligible to work in the Netherlands
