Paid Remote Customer Success Internship in the Netherlands (French speaker)

Job Description

With more than 7000 campsites in France, our collaborator is the number one camping country with plenty of growth opportunities. More and more campsites from France are already finding their way to them. Now it's time for them too to become really French.

Their cloud based camping software makes it easier for the customers to receive and manage bookings from their website, phone, e-mail or third parties. Used by 2000+ campsite's and developed by the campsite's point of view.

Tasks

You deal with the French customers with a hands-on mentality. First by translating their knowledge base, website and platform, and then approaching campsites and ensuring a smooth onboarding.

Do you have what it takes to convince French campsite owners of the benefits of this company? Then we have a nice challenge for you. We are looking for a driven student for our French customers, because you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers.

Your tasks will be:
- Answer questions and remove any barriers for them.
- Explains how our software works by means of presentations or demos. Online or on location.
- Internally you make a case for the wishes of the French campsites.
- Looking for new French-speaking customers:

• Translated marketing material into French

• Ensures that new customers receive a hassle-free onboarding

- Helping with our French translations. On the website, blog, newsletters, marketing material et
- Working with a French support and sales team.

 

Requirements

- French as native standard level. language is excellent, verbally and in writing
- English or Dutch are a plus.
- Having an affinity with Recreation & Technology.
- Being motivated to achieve your goals.
- Being communicative and have guts.
- 3 months internship as minimum duration.
