Internship Opportunity - Customer Service Representative

Tasks Description:

The Customer Service Intern will:

- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, mail or social media
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Impart product information and processes to customers accurately
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position

Job Requirements:

Candidates should:

- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners, and customers
