Public Relations Intern Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic public relations campaigns.
• Carrying out comprehensive market research and monitoring client's online reputations.
• Drafting, editing, and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other PR contents.
• Supporting the team with event planning routines including logistics, guest lists, and post-event evaluations.
• Fostering relationships with stakeholders and media representatives.
• Attending client meetings, PR events, and industry conferences.
• Assessing campaign results using data analytics and providing suggestions for improvements.

Job and Personal Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, and familiarity with PR software.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to independently carry out assignments to completion.
• A team player, yet comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
