Role: Customer Service Intern

The intern will work closely with our experienced customer service team, gaining exposure to how we handle customer inquiries and feedback. The intern will be assigned tasks encompassing responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat; liaising with various teams to resolve issues; logging customer interactions in our CRM system; and contributing to the development of customer service processes.

Job Requirements

Educational Level: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent fields.
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Availability: Able to work for at least 20 hours per week during the internship period.

Personal Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, have a keen attention to detail, and a strong drive to ensure customer satisfaction. They must be proactive, able to work well in a team, but also independently when required. Knowledge of customer care techniques and having a customer-oriented mindset is preferred.
