Tasks Description

You will actively participate in the entire life cycle of the wedding planning process, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in client consultation and planning phases
• Sourcing and liaising with vendors and suppliers
• On-site coordination during actual events
• Developing layouts and event timelines
• Designing wedding concepts in collaboration with our design team
• Participation in post-event evaluation

Job and Personal Requirements

We seek a driven, motivated individual who possesses the following:

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in hotel management, event management or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
• Fluency in both French and English
• Mastery of MS Office applications
• Previous experience in wedding planning or event management is a plus
