Job Description

As a wedding planning intern, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing assistance in planning and coordinating weddings and related events
- Assisting in vendor management - caterers, florists, photographers, etc
- Helping to prepare guest lists, seating plans and managing RSVPs
- Shadowing senior event planners in client meetings and consultations
- Performing market research for latest trends, styles and competitive offerings
- Maintaining wedding project schedules, calendars, and budgets

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should:

- Be pursuing or have completed a degree in Event Management or related fields
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Have a passion for weddings and event planning
- Working knowledge of MS Office and any event-related software is a plus
- Fluency in English and French is beneficial
