Job Description

The Industrial Engineering Intern will work collaboratively with our team of experienced engineers on various exciting projects. You will participate in the design, implementation and optimization of systems and equipment used in our production processes. Expect to apply and enhance your skills in areas such as data analysis, project management, problem-solving, and lean manufacturing. You'll also help identify efficiency improvements, suggest innovative solutions, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ongoing projects and provide support as necessary.
• Analyze operational performance, identify problems, and provide recommendations.
• Assist in defining process parameters and in the development of operational models.
• Collaborate with team members in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current enrollment in an accredited university studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Swedish would be a plus.
