Job Description and Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will assist the wedding planning team in daily activities such as:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating weddings and other related events.
• Supporting in client consultations and vendor communications.
• Maintaining event timelines and assisting in the creation of floor plans and layout designs.
• Providing excellent customer service during event planning and on the wedding day.
• Supporting colleagues in the maintaining and updating of social media platforms.
• Helping in the research and procurement process for wedding essentials.

Qualifications and Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English languages.
• Passionate about weddings and event planning.
• Able to remain calm and problem-solve in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to work on weekends and travel occasionally.
