Job Description

We are a well-established and prominent educational institution based in the vibrant city of Zaragoza, Spain. Our school prides itself on providing an inclusive and enriching education environment that is conducive to the students' learning and overall development. We are currently in search of a dedicated and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team and assist in the delivery of quality education to our students.

The ideal candidate will assist the teaching staff in the classroom by preparing educational materials, helping students with classroom activities, and providing one-on-one assistance to students who need extra support. They will also observe student behaviour and learning, report on observations to teachers, supervise students during non-classroom time (lunch, recess, etc.) and aid in light administrative duties, such as preparing reports and keeping student records.


  • Assist teachers in developing lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Support students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Guide and assist students in the use of learning tools and equipment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, and serve on committees as required.
  • Maintain student files, records, and other information confidential.


The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification, such as a Diploma of Education or Certificate III in Education Support, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in English and Spanish is needed. Understanding and experience with the Spanish curriculum is required. The candidate should have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
