HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN - ZARAGOZA, SPAIN

Based in Zaragoza, a beautiful and vibrant city in Northeastern Spain known for its rich history and gastronomic excellence, we are seeking a diligent and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in our Spanish Headquarters.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this integral role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. Contributing to the development of HR strategies and processes, ensuring accurate and timely HR record keeping, and participating in special projects and initiatives are key aspects of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to the development of efficient procedures
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems
