Job Description

The appointed Education / Teaching Assistant will engage closely with the teaching staff while providing students with additional support on a one-on-one or group basis. This includes:

- Supporting classroom teachers in the creation and application of lesson plans
- Providing additional learning support to any student when required
- Working closely with students who have special educational requirements
- Collaborating with teaching staff and administrators concerning student’s progress and escalating concerns
- Keeping accurate and comprehensive records of students’ development
- Conducting educational activities and effective classroom management

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in an educational or teaching role
- Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
