Job Descriptions

- Supporting the teacher in planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Guiding the students during assigned work by promoting interactive learning.
- Assisting teachers in managing class behaviour and ensuring the students are on task.
- Supervising students outside of the classroom, e.g., during lunchtime and field trips.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as speech therapists and social workers.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as preparing classroom resources.
- Actively participating in school meetings and training workshops.
- Communicating with parents and caregivers about student’s progress.
- Building a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in education or any related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, or similar role, in a school setting is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and education management systems
- Strong communication skills with a talent for fostering healthy relationships
- Proven ability to handle and manage classroom dynamics
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Respect for confidentiality and understanding of child protection issues
