Job Description

The chosen candidate will provide critical support for certified teachers, facilitating both academic and administrative tasks in a supportive capacity.

• Assist teachers in lesson planning and preparation.
• Help students comprehend lesson materials and individual assignments.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students as needed.
• Support with marking papers and keeping track of student performance.
• Cater to the individual educational needs and requirements of students eloquently.
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment for students.

Job Requirements

All candidates must have a substantial background in education and a practical, hands-on approach to learning.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a K-12 educational institution (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Exceptional understanding of child psychology and development stages.
• Proficiency in using modern educational technology.
