Job Description

The successful candidate will assist our experienced English Teachers in creating a stimulating learning environment. Core duties will include:

- Assisting with lesson preparation, including gathering resources and setting up equipment.
- Supporting students one-on-one and leading small group work to reinforce the lesson material.
- Helping manage classroom behavior and ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
- Providing administrative assistance such as marking and grading student work.

Job Requirements

We require:

- A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of a TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) certificate or similar.
- Prior experience in a teaching or tutoring role.
- Patience, flexibility, and an understanding of the varying learning styles of students.
