Job Description for Management Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Intern to join our team in Valencia. Throughout the internship, you'll gain first-hand experience in navigating the complex and exciting world of business transformation. You will have the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world business setting, honing your theoretical understanding with practical implementation.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to the operations of the business.
  • Collaborate and communicate with various department managers on operational strategies.
  • Prepare reports and present analysis on business operations and trends.
  • Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops, learning to to facilitate and contributing your ideas.

Job Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly strong skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
