Role Overview

The Management Trainee will gain firsthand experience and knowledge of all aspects integral to running our global firm. You will work under the guidance of Senior Managers and Directors, offering support in project coordination, research, data analysis, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Conducting industry-specific market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinating and supporting project management activities, resources, and information.
  • Presenting reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to stakeholder management.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
