Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to join our devoted faculty team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting lead teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans.
  • Facilitating interactive and engaging classrooms activities.
  • Supporting students in individual and group learning processes.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe and orderly classroom environment.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Education or relevant field. Previous experience in the educational sector is preferred.
  • Excellent command of both Spanish and English languages.
  • Understanding of education procedures and students’ psychological and developmental needs.
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and passion for working with children.
