Task Description

The Management Intern will be involved in strategic planning, operations, and decision-making processes within the various departments of the organization. They will gain an insight into the coordination and management of projects, the development of business strategies, and operational implementation. Furthermore, interns will assist in data analysis enabling the business in goal setting, action plan development, and subsequently, evaluation of the progress made. Internship will also offer working on cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and preparing presentations and reports for higher management.

Job and Personal Requirements

Applicants should ideally be in their final year of a related degree such as Business Administration, Management, or International Business. Interns should have a good understanding of fundamental management principles, excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, is crucial, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a necessity.
