Responsibilities:

As a Management Intern, your responsibilities will be:

• Working towards streamlining the company operations.
• Learning and assisting our skilled team in the development, implementation and execution of strategic plans.
• Conducting and participating in business review sessions and departmental meetings.
• Analyzing business data and trends to assist in decision making.
• Supporting internal communication procedures to ensure seamless information exchange.
• Collaborating with diverse areas of the company to amplify overall productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates must:

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program with a focus on Business, Management or a related field.
• Display strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Show potential for leadership.
• Have a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English, additional Spanish language skills are desirable.
