Job Description
As our Human Resources Intern, you will be heavily involved in numerous workforce operations. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support in the active recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Supporting the HR team in the administration of compensation and benefits
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with employee relations and grievance handling
- Conducting orientation programs for new hires and internships
- Helping organize in-house and external events
Job & Personal Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Studying towards or recent graduate of a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity and problem-solving ability
- Availability to undergo the internship for a minimum duration of 6 months
