Job Description

Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an English Teaching Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the leading English teacher in implementing interactive and comprehensive English language lessons.

Key Tasks:

- Supporting the lead teacher in planning and executing lesson plans.
- Providing tutoring to students requiring additional help.
- Assisting in grading assignments and providing constructive feedback.
- Encouraging student participation and facilitating group discussions.
- Maintaining a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborating with the teaching team in administrative tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in TESOL, linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral, is compulsory.
- Additional proficiency in Spanish will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A patient and resilient personality with a passion for teaching.
