Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team. Your main role will be to aid the primary English teacher in lesson planning and delivery, student assessment, and classroom management. You will also assist in creating an engaging educational environment that enhances students' English language skills and promotes a positive attitude towards learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the main English teacher in planning and implementing lessons that meet the curriculum requirements.
  • Assist in assessing students’ progress and providing them with constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Involve in developing and preparing teaching materials such as quizzes, learning resources, and homework assignments.
  • Ensure the classroom environment is conducive to learning and supports students' education needs and language developmental goals.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and staff training sessions when required.

Qualifications & Personal Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Education or any relevant field.
  • TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or any equivalent teaching certification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
  • High level of patience, enthusiastic about teaching and passion for working with children.
